Trash. Finally got some help in the store and they still can?t get orders out. App gave me updates and alerted me that my order... was ready. Gray haired lady clearly stated she saw my order in the system sooo where?s my food? She can yell at the one staffthat my order isn?t there, but not yell and get the staff to make my order. I should have read the reviews.???? Horrible service! WILL NOT BE RETURNING. The pizza had bubbles everywhere. Cheese gaps,or... lack there of. I paid for XTRA. & the hot wings sucked,& was soggy.The sauce was just poured on ¬ cooked in! So disappointedwith all the money I spent. 2nd time burned from this local store. Horrible customer service both times lied to over and over again. I deal with customers... daily and honesty is always the best policy. Both times were told over and over food was on the way. Ordered this last time at6:45pm and it arrived at 8:45pm. Just be upfront and honest and explain we are short staffed and if you want it sooner it may bebest to pick it up. Instead of lying over and over again. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt from the 1st badexperience but we learned our lesson. Will never order from them again. And your manager should learn the word I'm sorry. Ordered a pizza today to be delivered. Customer service over the phone was fine. She let us know that it would be 35 mins.... That?s not bad at all since they?re 3 min down the street and I?m unable to pick it up. 50 mins later no pizza, no phone call,nothing. So I called to check on the order and the team member informed me that the pizza has ?been done and sitting on therack.? She also said it would be another 25-35mins before I would get it. She stated that they are short on delivery drivers.I?m giving 1 star because I should?ve been informed when I placed the order that it could be an hour or more and new they areshort on drivers. They have my phone number, a courtesy call would?ve helped. Then why is the pizza just sitting on the rack??Why not wait to make it? The order was canceled. Read more
Update: Downgraded to 2 stars. Management needs to get it together and hire another delivery driver. I live less than 2 miles... away and for the last several orders, delivery has taken anywhere from 60-90 minutes. I don't mind being patient but at leastwait to cook my food until it's ready to go out. My food is now arriving cold each time... not even warm. Calling and askingthem nicely to not bring cold food doesn't help. That's a shame considering we order at least 2-3 times a month and I alwaystip at least 20%. ------------------------ We ordered from here for the first time yesterday and I was surprisingly pleased. The food was good and if you order online, it's very easy to add coupons to your order. The delivery driver was very friendlyand polite. Overall, it was a much different experience compared to the Domino's we used to order from in Virginia. Read more
The guy forgot to add banana peppers to my order ???? I usually check, but didn't. I ordered a 2lg two ???? with cheese bread... and the price was displaying ????14.99 instead I was charged ????30 but it's all good though. Read more
I love the app since it makes it so easy to see when my order is ready.
