Ordered curbside and checked in. Turned on my Hazzard lights on and waited. I know I waited at least 10 min maybe more. The girl... that finally brought out my food first of all was not friendly at all. I that that I had been sitting there waiting at least 10minutes said that I didn't check in on the computer that I was here waiting. I know that I did! I told her that I could show heron my phone. It is light grey before you check in and turns a dark grey when you check in. No I'm sorry or anything except Ididn't check in. Something is wrong with this system. I didn't get my food in at least 2 minutes as promised. I got it in 10minutes. Not to mention I ordered it to be ready at 6:30. Gave plenty of time to be ready. Did what I was supposed to do and nofree pizza with my next order! Maybe that's why it had been a long time since I have ordered because of the poor service. 2nd time I have dealt with them and they never have my order right. Tonight we placed an order and had to wait for an hour, went... to pick it up and we were not in the system. Strick 3, your out. The 3 times we have dealt with them, has been a little over ayear. Read more
