Overworked and understaffed is something big right now all over. Just want to show some appreciation for what you all do. Thank... you so much for doing what you do! It's not easy and I've picked up orders meant for delivery and have no problem doing so. Themanager tonight on duty 7/8/22 was out to run orders for delivery bc of only 1 driver...Thank you to all the staff tonight foryour hard work and dedication! Showing a little love and appreciation can go a long way. You never know what someone is goingthrough. Try to be a little nicer to the service people, restaurant workers, etc... they're human too and are working harderthan you think as well. At least you got to eat something today :) Read more
My address is not listed in the app for delivery but they always deliver here and to my neighbors. So usually I would order the... order through carry out and call in to let them know I wanna change it to delivery and pay over the phone. Everything is fine Ipay I get my food. For some reason now you can never get through the line just keeps ringing and ringing no one answers. Had aemail confirming My order and even said if you have and questions or concerns with your order please call this number. Called 4times so far no answer. Have already spoke with a manager about the delivery situation about 2 years ago. Said they were gonnawork on getting it fixed but never happened. Read more
I would rate zero if it allowed. Not sure what happened to this store but it?s kind of ridiculous. Online ordering keeps getting... shut off, then I place an order for carry out and it?s telling me my order is in the oven but store appears closed. No one isanswering the phone. Out of ham every day. Just a poorly operated location. I live 5 minutes from this store but will opt tochoose pizza options in Mount Olive in the future. Read more
I've been a customer at this location for over 8yrs. The past 6 months or so the quality has dropped.. I've been compensated 3... times in that period with free pizza. The latests issue is NO delivery service for online orders...this seems random throughoutthe day. I've started an online order in the past(it even gave me the approximate delivery time), only to get an error whenchecking out. And going back to the summary shows "carry out only." I'm sure covid has a lot to do with the quality problems,but deliveries are their bread and butter. If I find an answer to why the delivery service is stopped, I'll update this. Read more
Delivery drivers are always pretty cool to chat with when they come by. Order is always correct. Yes the wait time right now is... kind of high, but we expect that with the lack of people wanting to get jobs. Overall, we will continue ordering through theFive Points location. The customer service over the phone was HORRIBLE. I asked to speak with a manager and their attitude confirmed why the employee... who picked up felt like his attitude was correct. They both sounded overworked and highly irritated that anyone would dare callin. I ended up taking my business to SAMS Club Cafe, and had an incredibly pleasant experience from ordering the large order Ineeded for a group of summer camp kids, to getting an explanation of what would be most economical for the amount of pizzas Ineeded, to having the order complete ahead of schedule, to smiles when we arrived to pick it up. I have ordered from this location for years. And they were always fine. But the last 7 or 8 times I have ordered, part of my... order was missing. I always get cheesy bread for me and my daughter. I also pay for 3 extra sauces. The last 5 times I haveordered, I get the bread but none of my extra sauce. This is getting really irritating because if I paid for something, I shouldget it. Read more
