The staff was very unprofessional but the food was decent.
Beautiful day , nice breeze. We sat outside. The only problem with this visit was the outside waste can was over running.
This was a great experience to just be fast food. It is my favorite Hardee's in town for breakfast. The staff are extremely busy... but make a point to be extra busy even when it's a little after dawn when I go. The same Lady works the drive thru for themorning rush and she always makes a point to call me by name and make quality conversation,even in that short period of time. Iwas recently diagnosed with cancer and undergoing chemo and it was very hard it eat I could only eat milkshakes and smoothiesfor months but most don't make them that early in the morning. However this wonderful woman who was a stranger to me at firstalways make sure the machine was clean and up and working even before dawn every day for months. If that isn't quality customerservice than I don't know what would qualify. She works her job day after day with a smile on her face, makes conversation witheveryone, and if your a regular she even makes a point to learn your name and memorize your order. The facility is very cleanand organized as well are each and every team member. This makes fast food a quiet little escape anytime of the day. It is notthe best for kids even though they have a kids menu they just don't have a play room or any toys. That is the only small drawback I see for this small but very friendly fast food chain, where no employee asks as if they have ever met a stranger. It was good the burger was delicious and then also I did the chicken sandwich it was good it seem to be really clean service... friendly also I go inside instead of going through the drive-thru so I can see how people handle my food and I'm satisfied Ididn't see no nastiness like rubbing your face rubbing your nose and coming from outside and going straight to work on your foodI didn't see any of that I saw cleaningness. Waited over 39 mins for cold chicken n burgers because couldn't get fries ...after entering established noted fries being... passed out at drive thru at time asked what the hell and was told I was white I could wait by a black female...I will neveragain visit any Hardee ever they can do that kind of business I want no part of it ever Read more
This is your typical Hardee's restaurant. They carry the same things as other Hardee's restaurants. They have a great deal on... their chicken strip that other Hardee's do not have, so we frequent this one more than others to get it. The staff I'veencountered have been friendly and they do a good job with the drive thru. The food was piping hot on this visit. Yum. The teawas good also. Read more
As a last option coming home late from something I went through the drive through 30 minutes before close and they could not... have been more nice the food was fresh and there was basically no wait time either I HATE when I have to do that to food serviceworkers but I can't appreciate them enough whoever was there 12/29/2022 at 9:30 thank you and you deserve recognition.
