The manager as a problem she was very rude.. we placed a big order and there was enough pizzas in the box up front. The guy at... the register kept trying to give us our order and was continously fussed at saying that food was for drive thru only and thatdrive thru has priority over someone coming in to order... as this makes no sense because they advertise hot and ready andnothing is ever hot or ready in that store. But how un professional she was is what got me. Showing no care for us standing inthere listening. We waited 30 minutes for a order that had been in the window 3 times.. and the last time I was there the guyin charge was throwing pans on the floor and cussing out staff it's ridiculous. So if I'm going to wait 30 minutes for pizzathat's advertised to be hot and ready I'll just go somewhere that the pizza is actually worth waiting 30 minutes for. I onlycame there because it's supposed to be fast.. so I will take my 50 plus a week order somewhere else.. I hope yall get thiscorrected but from the reviews I saw it won't be.. Read more
No wonder this location has a 3.6 rating. They canceled our order via doordash yet they don't close for another hour. Absolutely... laziness. Hope your owner know that you're costing them money. Thanks for Nothing!! Really wanted that crazy bread too,smh. Read more
Came here for lunch around 12 noon. Can't beat the price and it's pretty good pizza. It's been a while since I've been here.... Probably a little over a year. Was really disappointed that it wasn't anything hot and ready. I remember coming in and out inless than 5 minutes. But this time it was 4 people ahead of me in there waiting for hot and ready and I was told my "hot andready" would be at least a 15 minute wait. Even though it was near closing time. The person that did help me was rude. She acted like it bothered her to serve me. Now I... completely understand that it was thirty minutes before they locked the doors, they might have been tired. The tone in her voice and how she acted like she really did not want to waste time in getting pizza, I will not ever go back. We all have bad daysbut in fast food industry a simple nice tone can go a long ways, even if the person in front of you is not your cup of tea. Read more
2 stars only because my order was correct. This place is very slow. If you do not order ahead, you will be waiting in the store... forever. Also, the girl at the register does not know elementary school math. My order costs $8.22 I gave her a $10 then handedher 22 cents I had in my pocket. She had to have another cashier come to her register and show her how to change the amount Ipaid so she would know how much change to give me. It was $2 dollars! They redid it, but it?s too much volume for such a small store. Pizza wasn?t cooked all the way through on the deep dish and the... regular pepperoni was burnt. And truth be told? The pizza has skyrocketed in price. I really don?t want to spend the money herewhen I can go to get take out from somewhere that actually has better ingredients and takes the time to make it. Extremely disappointed!!! This use to be my go to as we have a very busy schedule with 2 kids into about every sport. Went today... ?11/29/18? and the gentleman was not friendly. As I waited for my Pizza and Breadsticks the lady who appeared to be the managerwas dumping pepperoni from 1 container to another and it had cheese in it. I?ve worked fast food and we call that ? crosscontamination? Then when I got home I noticed my food wasn?t completely cooked and I had to re-cook it.
