First time in 40 years I have had a meal and service bad enough to prompt me to leave a review. Received 2 jerky steaks after... ordering medium rare, and medium well. Only one was sent back to be replaced and by the time all the kids were finished eating20+ minutes I was informed my replacement steak had been lost. Two side orders of grilled shrimp were cooked into a rubberysubstance identifiable by only the stick. My loaded baked potato, I kid you not had one sliver of grated cheese and 7 baconbits. The other potato was hardly better, maybe 4 shreds of cheese. By the time the lost steak was found I politely declined. Wehad to ask not to pay for either adult meal, which weren't eaten anyway. The kids' food was fine. I understand the workforce isbroken and wish you guys the best, but the experience left us unwilling to return. Before leaving an employee did inform us ofthe time and day we could return if we wanted a good steak! 30 dollars a meal I would think we wouldn't have to eat before 4 ona Wednesday. As someone with a food allergy, we don't have many choices for restaurants beyond a steakhouse, just clearly NOTthis one. Best wishes. Read more

I travel for work and typically will eat at a Logan's if they're around. Food is usually hot, fresh, and fairly priced. I... usually opt to sit at the bar, because service is faster and more immediate. This experience however, leaves room forimprovement. It was a Monday and they weren't busy, yet there was trash on the floor..couldnt help but feel a general feeling ofding walking into the bar area, perhaps it's just old floors, but they definitely need to be cleaned. Bar-top was sticky, andhad to ask barmaid to clean before I could rest my arms or phone or menu on the surface. Read more
Wait staff is always friendly! I usually order take out and it's usually perfect. They always get the orders right and tonight I... was given a tea on the house. I love it here and the price isn't bad for the quality of the food! Me and my boyfriend ate for35$ and have left overs to munch on all night! Read more
It was better than the experience we had in Tennessee but honestly the food is just alright. Nothing crazy just typical basic... dine in food. Mac and cheese needed something flavor wise or more cheese ????, the soup was my favorite part lol. The Buffalochicken sandwich definitely needs a different option of cheese or no cheese at all and smother it in sauce. Read more
Out with friends celebrating my God daughters birthday food was ok but overcooked. I ordered the grill salmon it was extremely... dry and overcooked and under seasoned. I didn?t send it back I just dealt with it. Everyone at table were complaining abouttheir food. The waitress was friendly and attentive. It was my first time was a mid week so I may give them another chance but Iwas very disappointed. Read more
I got my sirloin medium well and it was cooked to perfection..best sirloin I've had in a while. So delicious. Omg whats in that... butter? The butter and rolls was very tasty. My hubby devoured his huge burger and my grandbaby ate all her fries - which israre. Read more
We walked in with a party of 20, without reservations and they accommodated us within ten minutes. Separate room from the... restaurant (I don't blame them) which was perfect since half of our party was kids, 6 mos - 10. The service was outstanding andaccurate! Read more
