Currently under construction but they did get my order wrong, they gave me a BEC McGrittle when i asked for a SEC McGrittle not... to mention they gave me an additional SEC Burrito when I only asked for one. Went in to get some drinks and stood at the register for about 5 minutes no one acknowledged me. They all had their back to the... counter on the phones. Then we decided to go to the drive thru, tried to place an order, I'm sorry can you repeat your order sowe did, they was told to come to the first window. They all looked lost asking what our order was, I said y'all told us to pullto the window. This was the worse service that we have ever had and we only spent $9.00. Read more
Fries keep coming out undercooked. Staff handing out drinks with overflow just running down the sides without wiping down first... is pretty common. Buyer beware. Quick bite before work, so it's OK, but i would not actively choose to go if it wasn't soconvenient. Read more
Terrible customer service. I sent my husband and grandson in with my order written down so there would be no mistakes. They gave... the paper to the cashier, written specifically to bag orders separately. Written that each was a meal not just the sandwich. Received orders bagged all together in one bag. Orders were all just sandwiches and drinks even though the paper specificallysaid "meal". (No,, we were not charged for meals). Extremely disappointed that even writing down the order doesn't preventmistakes. Read more
Slowest customer service I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Customers lined up to the door waiting on breakfast, and at... 10:30 when the menu switched, instead of doing the proper customer service courtesy and honoring breakfast for those that werethere waiting on their slow service, they were just told that breakfast is no longer being served. Myself and several othercustomers just left. If the kiosk had been functioning, we could have had our food ordered long before having to wait on theterrible customer service being provided by the cashier. Read more
I thought that every McDonald's was the same until I visited this one. I placed my order using the kiosk and it didn't give me a... receipt. I asked the clerk for one and he said he couldn't. He was yawning heavily and told me that he wanted to go home. Iinsisted on getting my receipt but quickly abandoned that request when it became apparent that this place didn't care aboutgiving receipts. I finally received my order and I checked to make sure everything was in my bag. Everything was good except thesmall fries I had ordered. The bag was about half full and most of the fries were hard and old. It is a shame how this bigcorporations can allow this horrible service! Read more
