Ordered the sausage, scrambled egg on Asiago bagel. Got home and had something smeared on cibatta. Very, very disappointed. ... This is the second time I have ordered and paid for something and got home to find it was the wrong thing or the quality wasvery poor. I complained the first time. Ordered cheese and bacon on brioche bun. Egg white and avocado sandwich. Pecan braid. All amazing!
Update:. Rudest people. Apparently it's ok for them to be nasty to people based on color. I think I will stop fighting for... their cause if this is how they do. Panera has done away with ham and other cold meats. I hate turkey, I hate shreddedchicken, I hate their bland tuna fish, I hate their chicken. I used to eat here twice a week. In the past 2 years I've been here3 times. I order a bowl of soup. It's the same amount as a cup just a different bowl. ********* Not thrilled with pastries. Dryis guaranteed so I quit trying. Hate ordering then go to pick up at window and they say they are out... "Choose somethingelse" Great... Paid for something, can't have it and forced to get something I don't want. Not cool Best thing on sandwiches isthe tomato Sofrito! Yummy! Broccoli cheese soup is spot on! At times the broccoli chunks are missing but still good. LOVE thebaguette they include as side to soup! They tend to mess up every order on both my sons. They forget the chicken mosttimes. Edit: 11/27/17 @1:00pm Just had a sandwich that had sofrito put directly on bread. It was so soggy and inedible. Great service. Fresh & delicious ingredients combined for healthy options; served in a clean and well maintained dining area.... Comfortable seating inside and several covered tables available for eating outdoors when the weather is nice. Highly recommendFrench onion soup & Southwest salad (soooooo good). *Unable to give an additional half star (well deserved). The only reasonfor 4.5 stars vs. 5 is cost. Budget wise it would be difficult to eat here every day. Having said that; the taste, quality &variety of options on the menu would make it a Family favorite with something for everyone. Read more
It depends on when you go to this location. Sometimes it?s acceptable. Other times, it?s not. Yesterday, it was not. My husband... and I stood at the front for ten minutes being ignored. We finally used the self service kiosks and went to find a table. WhileI understand that it was just after the main lunch rush all of the tables were filthy. We said something and the tables weresomewhat attended too, although we had to clean our own table. At the drink station there was trash including plastic glovesthat the staff seemed oblivious to. When we finally got our food, my chicken sandwich was burnt and my husband?s salad lookedlike it was thrown in the bowl. He got chips when he ordered an apple. It was not a good visit. The sad part is that the staffin the front did not pay any attention to the patrons or the restaurant until they got busier. They were standing aroundtalking.
