Manager very rude and disrespectful, was trying to fight my husband over his mistake, will never order from here.
I usually order from this store delivery. Today I placed an order online. I asked for a 2L soda but it did not arrive with my... order, I called the store and asked to have a credit in my account since I order pizza about once every 2 months maybe. I calledand explained the situation to the person who took my call, she asked for my name and said she did not see the drink included inmy order I said I did place it with my order and that I had the email receipt in front of me. She got agitated and said ma?am Ican?t credit something that was not ordered, I again said I did ordered and paid for it and that I could provide an order numberand she rudely just put me on hold without even saying anything or waiting for me to finish my sentence. I?m not upset about the$3 soda but the way I was treated. This just makes me wanna drive to Pizza Hut or another pizza place instead where I canprobably be treated with the respect I treated that female employee. Read more
They forgot my wings, barely cut my pizzas and didn't even provide a receipt.

Ordered papadia combo that should have come with drinks. Delivery person brought the order without the drinks, we called back... they claimed they couldn't bring the sodas because there was not a driver to deliver. Update: The driver brought the drinks.Store could have done a better job of making sure the order went out correctly. Read more
Well second time I use this store. First time my order wasn?t right. About year later today I wanna try again. I called and... order 6:50. 730 Driver only calls does not pull in my drive away. We?re all outside cutting grass. So I miss the call. I getdone at 8 wondering why hasn?t pizza driver pull in my driveway. Get a text call papa johns. So I ask hubby n family did someonepull in. Everyone said no. I call and was told oh we will send your pizza back out when driver gets here. 30 mins later driverpulls in. Pizza was soggy and the poppers cold. I asked driver why didn?t you pull into the yard been outside waiting on you. Hedidn?t have answer. Then he almost left his bag. He didn?t get a tip neither and we are good tippers.
