Pizza Hut now uses Door Dash. I finally cancelled my order almost an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. I cancelled... it because I did not want old heat lamped food. This was cancelled with Pizza Hut directly over the phone, and then I made a neworder, and requested the food to be prepared fresh, and was told it would be. It was not. I could see, taste and smell foodthat had spent an hour under a heat lamp. I had to cancel it twice because after the first cancellation, the app informed methat a new Door Dasher would be delivering it. I sent my daughter to pick up the new order when I got the third notice of yetanother Door Dasher, I spoke to the dasher himself, who was in the process of picking up and delivering an over cooked,cancelled meal. You also changed the pasta dish, and not to a better recipe. Its was dry and the noodles hardened. Of coursethat could have been the hour + it supposedly did not sit under the aforementioned heat lamp. I do not think I will be orderingfrom this company again. Read more

Not good. First time here in a few years because of a bad experience the last time. Everything about this Pizza Hut says "cost... reduction". Limited staffing. Tables in the dining room are not cleared promptly in part to discourage inside dining. Ourcarryout pizza was lacking in taste but it was ready very quickly. The crust recipe has changed. They did away with theherb-butter coating around the rim. Worst of all there were too few toppings on what was supposed to be a supreme pizza. Read more

I don?t normally post reviews but more upset about the service than our pizza being wrong. Not only was our order wrong but we... were not offered to get our order fixed or changed. The excuse was ?we didn?t have the ingredients? even though I told her wewould have changed it if we had know. The workers name was my Mary. Overall poor service Read more

Kids and I went to dinner. Food was good. The lady at the register and our server was great. Facilities seemed clean and well... kept. But I lowered the stars because we went to order drinks and were told we could only get water from the fountain area. Thenext family must have been told the same thing as they got bottled. Before we left an older couple came in and they had otherfountain drinks in their cups. I feel like there is discrimination with kids and I'm not ok with that. Read more

Decided to switch it up from the usual, won't make that mistake again! Ordered take out, the pizza was swimming in grease....... you can pour the grease off of it! The tuscani pasta is cold, noodles are crunchy and there's only 4 small pieces of chicken! Iwon't be returning Read more

I had to leave a 5 star review because of the staff... first of all the food was as you would expect from pizza hut. It was good... but nothing over the top. Where this pizza hut excelled was the staff. I ordered online to pick up at the window. The car at thewindow in front of me broke down. I was stuck as there was a car behind me and I was too close to go around. The employee cameoutside which was great because my driver's side window wouldn't roll down that day. So she was able to go to the passenger'sside. The guy behind me moved so I could get out now and I asked if it was easier for me to park in a spot. She told me to staythere. They brought out my food and I went home. I was almost home when I realized that I didn't get my drinks. I just stoppedat a gas station and got some. I called up there and after a huge albeit unnecessary apology they agreed to put a note on themso I could get them the next day. I couldn't be mad as I didn't think about them either. The next day I drove up to the window,my driver's side window was working this time. And they gave me my 4 pack of drinks and apologized again. They take care ofthier customers and own up to mistakes... will visit again. Read more
