I got a made to order salad with spicy chicken on it double the meat and when I got home to eat it my chicken was not done all... the way it was tough and I had to throw most of the meat away. I like their salads but I had a bad experience this time. Read more
Bathrooms were clean enough. But, when we were in the check out line (which was very long and slow, by the way), there was a... discusting burning smell followed by a defeaning ringing sound. Been going here for years! In the last year alone, service, food and drink quality has improved very much! I always love the... coffee and wide selection of food choices whether from the kiosk or convenience shelves. Drive thru is convenient. Insideordering is efficient. Do not shop here. Go to Handy Mart across the street. Even the manager I spoke to said I should go to Handy Mart instead. If you... have any sort of issue do not expect the manager to help you. I had an issue getting the gas discount off of my fuel fill up andask to see a manager about what they could do because the cashier assured me it would take my discount off. the manager simplyand bluntly stated there was nothing they could do the cashier was just wrong and made a mistake. I said so what you're tellingme is you can't do anything for me to fix this and I should shop at Handy Mart in the future and she said if that's what youfeel like you need to do. And from now on I will shop at Handy Mart and urge everyone else to as well. I had a similar issue atHandy Mart a few weeks ago with their discount program not working. Do you know what they did when I brought it to their managerattention? They opened up the register and gave me the amount the discount was supposed to be.
