I was very satisfied with how the manager Briana took care of my sister and me. They catered to my sister?s baby shower on... Saturday. The price was affordable and the food was delicious. On August 19th, called and spoke with lady about a big order (55 meals) to feed a school football team. She was very nice and... very informative. Took all my information and called me back with specifics. On Tuesday September 26 I paid for the order. Wediscussed time of pickup and she wrote on her copy PAID IN FULL, PICK UP AT 2:00 THURSDAY. Arrived at 2 on Thursday and theyhad not even started on the meals. Told me a 20 minute wait. After 18 minutes came back and told me 15 more minutes. I toldhim I was supposed to be at the school and set up before 3:00 - and it?s a 20 minute drive. Came back after the 15 minutes andtold me another 5 minutes. It was 2:45 when I left with the food. I know lunch time might have been hectic but they shouldhave either worked around it or told me when I called they could not do it at that time. If I needed them by 2 and had toldthem that, the food should have been ready by 2. Even thought we were given a nice discount, this is unacceptable. This is my go to place. Love the food and service. However, went on 7/17 and they had changed the potato salad! It is not even... close to the potato salad they usually have. I loved the potato salad they did have. But no so much this new one. Read more

I had a pickup order from online and it was ready when I arrived. They made sure that the extras were packed and that the bag... was sealed. I appreciated that they sealed the to go order incase it was a delivery. The staff was friendly and quick and I dontknow if it's because of my size or that I ordered a platter, but they supplied me with two sets of cutlery and I felt kinda badabout that. Read more
