ENTIRE STAFF OF 11/4/2022 around 12PM IGNORED US AND ACTED LIKE WE WERE GHOST. Felt like we were being discriminated. No one... would look our way. My mom and I walked in and no one greeted us for almost 5 minutes straight. Not even a glance out way. Westood there patiently waiting and I was ready to leave but my mom insisted on staying. I understand being busy. But it does NOTtake more than 3 seconds to at least greet customers to let them know you?ll be there in a moment. We were the only customersthere too. I?ve worked the service industry and would never treat others like they did us. When we got our drinks and realizedthey didn?t have cream out. I had to keep flagging someone one down but they ALL ACTED LIKE THEY COULD NOT SEE ME. Sodissatisfied. Very Busy and had Excellent service. Served in a timely manner and the quality of the drinks are top notch.
Starbucks here at Berkeley is always such a fail! You compare it to Wayne and it tastes like a totally different drink that you... ordered. They also usually get my order wrong, weirdly enough. If you want a better tasting drink and overall, a bettervibe/customer service experience, go to the Wayne Memorial one. Read more

Yesterday morning I had an issue with my order I called and spoke to a supervisor and explained how I felt about my order she... was very helpful and told me that she will allow me to get another drink. I ordered a large macha green tea Frappuccino and a cake pop. The only thing that was good was the cake pop.. the macha green... tea tasted like dirt and it was too dark so I knew something was off and I always get that drink from Starbucks. Ordered a latte and got a cup full of flavored milk. I sent my husband to pick it up for me and the man knows nothing about... coffee so he had no clue what it was supposed to look like.
