When I walked in there was 4 guys sitting at a table(2 of them are subway employees). They continued to laugh and conversation.... So as I?m looking around waiting for an employee to greet me or ask what I want I see 2 of the guys at the table looking at methen they drop their heads. So finally a young lady comes from the back and one of the guys run from the table as if he wasabout to take my order. Luckily the young lady made my food. So the guy goes back to talk with his friends. I get my food leavea tip to the person that actually wanted to work. As I?m leaving I see one of the guys and his friend walking towards theordering area the friend orders a sandwich and guess what MR LAZY MADE IT! A couple comes in and MR LAZY 2.0 finally gets upfrom his chair mind u neither of them washed hands or greeted the couple they just stood there looking as if they didn?t wannamake their food either! I went in there with my girlfriend and one of the girls had both of her earbuds in and wouldn?t acknowledge that we were there..... then the nice gentleman who worked with her made our food and she just put gloves on without washing her hands, and her zipperwas undone. Not making this post to put them down, I just want them to know people notice how the workers treat them. Costumerservice is number one in the food business. Read more
Bad customer service. Ordered three salads. Made two of them in one bowl and ended up getting only a few bites out of one of... them made in the bowl with the other salad however the salad made by itself filled the salad container to the brim. Severaltimes I have had bad customer service or product. Never giving them another chance. Read more
I wouldn?t have even give this one star. Never been so disappointed in this subway. The 2 girls working were rude. I ordered a... salad, but there were no salad bowls. So they stuffed my salad in a small box. The drink machines didn?t work for most of thedrinks. And then they start watching Netflix on the tv in the dining area. Out of the many times I?ve ate here. The new manager I met tonight was amazing! She was friendly and made beautiful subs. She made sure I was happy to be there. She... takes pride in her work as a sandwich artist and manager. One of the worst subways ever. The owners have no idea what they are doing being it's their first fast food business, They... constantly accuse the employees of theft even when they have proof of paying for what they have. They do not allow their femaleemployees to carry pocketbooks or small bags. The new manager is very rude and disrespectful to employees and customers alike.There are numerous health violations a few in which I have on video and pics such as roaches crawling on the sandwich making table and mold on the oven roasted chicken among a few other tidbits I have held onto. I would not advise anyone to eat here.Don't risk your health. Read more
food is great. too many flies in the restaurant. child left unattended almost 20 mins as I ate my lunch. concerned I asked the... only employee I saw working and she was swamped it was lunch time no way she could keep her eyes on that child.she said thelittle girl is my bosses dtr. really!!! who leaves their child and one employee unattended in a wide open public place at such abusy time. smh Read more
Finished my shopping at Walmart. Wanted to get a 6-in sub. Stood there for about a minute, two employees not paying me any mine.... Then I noticed the male employee with 3/4 of his a** hanging out of his pants. (Should have taken a photo) And thought, yeahthere's no way I'm eating here. When you have young people that don't even know how to properly dress I definitely don't wantthem preparing my food! I'll just have to try to find a different subway, which is a shame because this one is more convenient. Read more
