I just walked into the subway with a coupon from the website that said for takeout or drive-thru and the one person working... inside insisted I had to use it in an online order and I couldn't place the order in the store. I told them there was no promocode to use on the app and it was for an in-store purchase and they kept insisting I had to order it online so I walked out. Iam not going to argue with someone who doesn't understand how coupons work for their own store and I am not going to pay anextra $5 because the associate doesn't know how to use a very simple part of their job. I don't have the extra money to giveaway like that. This was the first time I've been to that Subway location and it is the last time I plan on it. Read more

Ordered on my mobile app & sent daughter to pick up for our lunch break. I ordered a steak and cheese melt with double protein &... this is what I received. This how it arrived open faced with the other half of sub sitting on top & no extra protein. Called thestore to complain & express my disappointment of my order. The employee who answered was aware of my order & admitted that theywas out of paper & the extra meat did not print out & that the way they have to make the sandwich does cause the sandwich toappear a bit messy, but she said if I comeback to the store that she would make me another sandwich to my liking for free. Thestore closed before I got off work so I returned the next day to get my sub, the owner was present & the employee explainedwhat happened & he wanted me to pay for the sub & only agreed to not charge me for the extra protein. This is not what I wasoffered over the phone, so not only did I have to waste gas to return to the store but he did not want to honor the free suboffer. He only agreed to refund for the extra protein... this is unacceptable! Read more
