The team here is kind and top-notch. I really enjoy frequenting this Subway because their food is so fresh.
I went in today to get subs. Maria the assistant manager, Aaliyah cashier and another girl black not much taller than Maria with... long braids and eyelashes. Her named rymed with mya.. Maria started fixing my subs and then the girl with lashes and braids wasfinishing them. Well she stopped mid me telling her what I wanted and turned around to talk to the other girl. I said excuse me.When she turned around she had an attitude and I asked was something wrong. She rudely said anything else! While rolling hereyes. I then asked if there was a manager and told her I dnt want her finishing my sandwich. She looked at me with a smirk and Irepeated it. She then walked to the other end while saying I dnt car and I dnt care who you call. I spoke with manager but doubtanything is done. That girl was disrespectful and not customer service friendly at all. Worst customer services and disrespectful employees! This is the worst experience I?ve ever had with a subway and any... restaurant at that. McDonald?s even does better! I ordered a CURBSIDE order today and waited over 15 minutes for it not to evenbe brought out, I understood they were busy so I simply went inside and told the lady ?I understand y?all are busy I had acurbside order for (my name) she pointed to the pickup rack. Not sure why it was there in the first place when I did curbsidebut I said thank you, got it and walked back to my car to realize they gave the wrong chips so I went in and got the ones Iwanted and when I got back to my car I checked my sandwich to find RAW and uncooked bacon on my sandwich. I went inside askedfor a remake or just a simply refund. I was told it was my fault because I didn?t get the sandwich toasted and that they don?tcook the bacon unless you want the whole sandwich toasted, I worked at subway for over a year and know for a fact that is nottrue. Your not even suppose to eat RAW bacon in the first place. She was just too lazy to give me a remake and she would notgive me a refund and threw my food in the trash!
