The service was a little lacking i got there and there were open seats at the bar. I asked how long if a wait. The lady said we... can see you now wait over there. She did not take my name or anything. We stood there for 20 minutes I would ask if we weregoing to be seated and the 2 others I asked blew me off. Once we got seated the waitress or the server forgot part of my order.I did not get my drink until after my food. The pic of the steak is not fair it was cooked as I ordered it just was a bitoverdone on one edge. Read more
We stopped here for dinner. We have been at Others in other areas, but this location was very good. Very friendly waitress... Mickey, the steak portions were very generous, mashed potatoes, and green beans. They offered bread and butter for FREE. Weloved our meal and would go back again. Read more
Delicious food.. Awesome prime rib & Dallas Tenderloin! Quite loud though. No more peanut shells on the floor to slip on!
I had the ribs/bbq chicken combo with chili. All 3 were very good. My wife had a sirloin steak & baked potato with chili & side... salad. She enjoyed it all. My son had the chicken tenders, ff's & cheese sticks. He only liked the cheese sticks, but I gave himpart of my bbq chicken & he liked it. Service was fair. Read more
Now typically Texas Roadhouse is my favorite place in Goldsboro. But today I am beyond disappointed. I placed an online order... for pickup. When I got there, 30 minutes later my food still wasn’t ready. Finally my food comes out. Now normally I check myfood right then & there but I’ve never had an issue before so I figured everything would be fine. I get home & check my food.My shrimp & rice looked thrown together. My ribs looked mostly eaten & all my rolls were cold. I called to speak to a managerjust to be put on hold for over 10 mins & still didn’t speak to anyone. So today I can say Texas Roadhouse has officiallydisappointed me. This is unacceptable. Read more

The food was amazing. The service was prompt and very courteous. We were a party of 7 and they expanded the table to accomodate... our full party. In spite of the size of our party, our orders were perfect. They arrived in a timely fashion. We had warm rollsrotated at all times and kept our glasses full. I was extremely impressed with the service. The price was fair and theatmosphere was warm and friendly. I recommend you drop in for a hidden Goldsboro jewel. Absolutely a five star experience!! Waited for a table. Party of ten, was told one hour. 5 minutes short of two hours our table is finally ready and the tables... aren’t even together we have to yell across the aisle at each other. Meanwhile I watched several parties of 7-9 get seated andthese parties all sit together. The waitress that sat us proceeded to return with silverware and ask if we were all seatedtogether. Left silverware and now we have waited almost ten minutes for them to return to take drink orders. Terrible customerservice. Edit: just returned at the 9 minute mark to say “be with you in just a moment. Y’all are seated together right?”Edit two: appetizer was just plain sad. Maybe alright for one but: it was delicious!
