Edit: Wait time is much better and they seem to have everything on the menu now that they are more established as a location.... Still love coming to this location. All employees are still absolutely kind and fun. This is a new store and the employees aretrying their best. It is a bit slow at the moment and they don't have a few things yet but they are the friendliest people whoprovide great service. Not much to say really. It is Starbucks. They have many of the same things as other Starbucks around the country. Inside was... clean and they were stocked with many of the things you would come to expect of Starbucks. Stasmff was pleasant and it wasn'ttoo busy when I cam for a drink. Read more

While visiting this Starbucks on a Sunday morning, I had one of the best customer service experiences. I believe the gentleman's... name was Taylor. In this day in time, no one wants to put effort into their job and you can tell that in the way they serve you.I had the total opposite experience with Taylor! This is the best Starbucks location in York. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Stopped there three days in a row on the way... to a teaching conference and have an excellent experience each time. Wish I lived closer! Read more
This was acceptable and because it was recently built very nice and modern and clean. It was freaking freezing, they were out of... multiple breakfast sandwiches I wanted to order and the toilet flush in both bathrooms was cranky. My coffee was hot anddelicious, the sandwich I had was good, no not my first choice. And my friend and I got lots of work done in their nice strongWi-Fi. Time please complete both bathrooms were individual use. There was no paper towel available so I had to open the exitdoor with my sleeve. It's a cute starbucks hidden in Newberry Parkway. Most of the baristas are kind and happily accommodate all drink alterations.... Though that's Starbucks industry standard, it would be all too easy to get annoyed at the people who order a drink but alter itto the point where it's a totally different drink (looking at you, mom). They keep their kindness throughout! The store isalways clean and well stocked. I've never seen a dirty table at this location & never had an issue. I go to starbucks veryfrequently. I prefer this location to the Cedar Cliff one, but often cannot make it here. Read more
