We've tried Blue Sky multiple times since they opened, I want to love it, but they lack consistency. The staff is friendly, they... have a great beer selection, the facility is nice, especially downstairs however the food is either good or very mediocre. I hadthe chicken pot pie on Thursday night, the puff pastry was the only good attribute of the dish. The vegetables were undercooked/hard and the whole meal was lukewarm without flavor. With rising prices I want to support local establishments, but BlueSky isn't worth the gamble on whether or not the food will be good. Read more

The place is really cool. I love the look and feel. Beer selection is incredible, but the drafts are not cold enough. I find... that in a is true in a lot of places. I love really cold beer and for those who don't, wait a few minutes. It'll warm up. Wingswere fantastic, but again, the blue cheese & celery was not cold. I will definitely be back, but I hope the owners read this andturn their refrigeration about 5° colder. Read more

This is our favorite place to go. The staff is extremely friendly and super kind. Most of them remember what we want when we're... seated and what our names are. Eric always takes the time to stop by and ask how it's going. Kayla is a top tier bartender andalways holds a solid caring conversation. We're always seated very quickly. always surrounded by friendly people and greatmusic. I will forever highly recommend this place to everyone. Read more

Update Jun 2022: We heard about a new head Chef and a new menu so the family wanted to give this place another try. We had the... Half Harvest moon appetizer, which reminded me of an onion ring donut with a spicy sweet and sour sauce, I all found this verygood. I think they added just a sprinkle of the ghost pepper seasoning, so they are a tad spicy, so fair warning. We were goingto order the loaded nacho's, but it was a bit confusing as the menu says to pick 3 and $1 extra for topping, but our waiter saidit's easier to just say what you do not want on them, seemed like that could get very expensive. They ended up no having thepulled pork so my wife went with a Reuben. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken and my daughter had the Straight Up Mac. My NashvilleHot was good and so were the upgraded fries. My wife spent most of her meal picking off fat form the corn beef and my daughterwas about half way through the mac & cheese when it tasted funny. I investigated the mac & cheese and it tasted like metal, thecast iron it comes it was rusted, this is the second time we've noticed rusted cast iron here. We let the waiter know and askedfor some mac & cheese in a to go container. I may come in with some buddies for happy hour, but I doubt my family will besuggesting BlueSky anytime soon. I will say they have one of the best happy hours around with half off drafts and $3 wells, butwith a heavy heart I need to update my original 5 star review for Blue Sky Tavern. I checked my google timeline and I've visitedthis restaurant over 30 times since November of 2020. I really want this place to be the best it can since it's in an areastarved for great restaurants, and I've heard this so many times from others. There has been times I would try something new andit would be out right amazing. I would try those same things, sometimes even within the same week, and they were completelydifferent. Things like the meat is prepared in a completely different way, toppings are missing, Read more

This was the first time my family and I came here since it was called the Field House. Let's start of with the... positive. Service was really good. Our waitress was pleasant and came back several times as we tried to navigate the reallylarge food menu. Beer menu was extremely big and lots to choose from. Things we didn't care for. Food menu is too big and hardto read because the lighting is not good in the dining room. Food was okay but very pricey. When I saw my bill and noticed myone can of beer was $11, I was pretty sure we were not going to come back. It's one thing to have alot of beer in house it'sanother to charge that much for one beer. I could of gotten a great micro 4 pack for$18. Little thing but our table wasreally off balanced. Looked like they tried to fix by propping it up with old menus but I had to keep my foot on the leg theentire time so my kids didn't spill my drink. Oh well, we tried the place out. Maybe we will come back when it's nice out andcan sit outside. Read more

The crowds say it all. Good food and service. My grilled surf-n-turf salad was delicious. The jam rock is a sweet bonus as well.

Purchased this Eleven Oaks mac and cheese on a take out to add to a meal. 1/2 hour later when my wife and I served this it was... nothing but fat and gristle. The mac and cheese was not fresh. I called and waited for a return phone call from this place. After 45 minutes I called back and the person I talked to stated the owner would call to tell me of the fee that will bededucted. I ask if this was at 2:00 AM, she stated it would be late. Poor for a place that is trying to establish theirestablishment!!! Read more
