burritos always have half the portions of bowls, like they are afraid they wont be able to close it, except at the end theres... nothing in the burrito so of course its easy. i know enough about working in restaurants that however much food you put doesntaffect your minimum wage salary... so might as well say f you to chipotle. no one looks like they want to work there anyways,which is understandable. i only go here for the sofritas otherwise free birds would get my money. We keep hoping for a better experience but the Storke Chipotle Staff continue to disappoint. They don't listen to your requests,... slapping food around & are very unfriendly. No customer service skills at this store. I asked for guacamole and didn't noticewhile I was paying that the server didn't put on my bowl. Got home to eat and found my vegie bowl without the guacamole Iordered. VERY DISAPPOINTING! We constantly experience issues at this location. Such a bummer! Read more
I'm sorry about this review but now that they're in their new place things have been getting worse. I went there four different... occasions and they never have enough food. Once they didn't have rice, vegetables and steak. Another time was two out of thesesame ingredients. It's kind of frustrating have to stay there and wait a while for them to make more fresh food. And theportion sizes it's a joke sometimes. We have to ask to put a little bit more or else they don't put enough food at all... Read more
This is the worst Chipotle, and I know im not being dramatic because many other people have agreed with me. There is constantly... a huge line because all of the workers have no idea what they're doing, they're always out of everything, and on top of thatthey're extremely frugal and stingy with there proportions and servings. I am never satisfied when I come here for so manyreasons. One time I ordered guac and they literally gave me a half uncut unripe avocado... this place is terrible, it's worthyou're time and gas to go to the other chipotles in Santa Barbara. Read more
I placed an order through DoorDash. Our food came on time, but it was the lamest serving size. The Chipotle worker didn?t even... put one serving size of each item. It literally looked as if someone had already eaten half the meals and then handed them overto be delivered. This happens quiet often (more than 4 times now) at this location for pick up/delivery orders. I wish I hadtaken a photo of the burrito, it was the size of my palm. Read more
I really love coming here, the food is great and in large quantity. I will always ask for a bowl. Because I am not used to eat... so big burritos ???? Lettuce was completely frozen, rest of the food was colder than it should have been, it felt like my burrito bowl had been in a... fridge over night. Not acceptable for a $13 meal. When I pointed this out to the cashier she gave me a seperate bowl of lettuce.I thought she was joking at first. I tried to scrape the frozen lettuce off but it took the guacamole with it.
