Friends staff, good price and still a good pizza for a franchise
Service is pathetic. For delivery, once we had to wait 2 hrs and when I contacted store, they said they are understaffed so I... should cancel the order or have to wait another hour to get it! Who gets pizza after 3 hrs!! Read more

I keep thinking the next time I order it will be different. But No. Specifically the Isla Vista Dominos appears to be the... winner of the Inept Franchise Location trophy. As I write it's 31 minutes and they are still "prepping" my order. I justordered wings. Nothing really to prep. The SLOWEST Dominos on the planet. I won't try to resolve it in anyway. I thought Pizza Day was made-up, but in the 40 minutes it took to traverse 5 miles after being 'Checked for Perfection' our... order was robbed of it's sauce, mistaken for Maracas and managed to arrive, somehow, both burnt AND cold. Read more
Quick service and well made pizza from this location. The only feedback change I would suggest would be to have an insulated... rack for finished pizzas to be kept for carryout orders. Pizzas get cold quickly sitting on a regular shelf after baking. Read more
