The salad I ordered was wilted and dressing had been thown in and leaked all over. There really does not seem to be any... oversight over the teens working there. The staff were all goofing off as if nothing else mattered. I saw a young guy throw aglass of water onto his girlfriend at the entrance and then chase her around the outdoor seating. I am wondering if this lack ofmanagement presence explains the decrease in quality of the food I have been receiving past three visits. Not sure at this pointif I will recommend or return. Sad because it is a nice concept but quality has shifted dramatically. Read more
Kyle's Kitchen in the Fairview Center is good! I was kind bummed that they took away one of my fave burgers, but they did go out... of their way with an unconventional ask. I wanted a burger without the bun - "protein style". The cashier didn't think it couldbe done, but he went back and asked just the same. It was a good burger, but I miss the Fire Engine burger with the crispy, thinonion rings on the top. What I really like about Kyle's is they care about the community they are in. They give tons of money toworthwhile charities in the Santa Barbara /Goleta cities. They're amazing! Read more
Food: Mountain climber is good. It has a slight kick. The brioche bun is very soft. All the ingredients seem to mix well with... the burger. Their tomato soup is delicious. I would go here for just the soup alone. Their fries are good. Not the best fries Ihad ever had. The cookies are hard. If you are into hard cookies. I prefer soft cookies. The ice tea was refreshing and thelemonade was super sour to me. Service: The service is quick. They get your food quick, however they forgot my drink twice.This is where they need to work on. Ruben, the second cashier had rectify the drink problem for us by offering cookies for ourtroubles. The first cashier had offer us food recommendation. The bust guy had excellent service. He got me a to gobox. Seating: There are booths and tables indoor. The outdoor has plenty of space. Indoor was not available duringCOVID. The atmosphere was very good. Seems like a fun place to take the family or friends. The service was very quick and the staff... was friendly. The have a soda fountain which I always support. I really enjoyed the fries they had. The were cooked just theway I like. A bit crispy, but soft in the inside with excellent spices. The burger was pretty good but it was lacking in termsof the patty. It was a bit dry and small. The burger didn't have anything particularly special about it but was definitelytasty. I'd definitely give them four stars if they had a bigger patty. Read more
