But, I have to say this place has an absolutely delicious selection of... more of the uncommon meats: maciza (steamed beef), cachete (beef cheek), lengua (beef tongue), and cabeza (beef head). Thecachete is A MUST GET! It's the most tender, juiciest, and with just the right amount of fattiness beef cheek I've had. Quick,fast, and friendly service with a nice indoor ambience.
