Over-priced, but ok grilled chicken sandwich, fries, but they need the order # board to show when food is ready as my number was... missing when done. Forgot to give me a straw for my Togo order drink. Read more

Service is decent 90% of the time, but that 10% really sucks. I go to McDonald's almost exclusively for their $1 Iced Coffee.... For the most part, I have no problems. However, today I ordered an iced coffee at 7:59, and I got my order at 8:25. I shouldmention that this time was cut short, since I saw that they had prepared my coffee, and had left it on the pick-up counter. Theydid not even call out my order, I walked up to the counter and had to ask if the coffee was mine. In any case, it should nottake 26 minutes to prepare a cup of iced coffee. During this 26 minute window, I saw other people come in ~5-10 minutes afterme, and get their orders comepleted. Additionally, I saw an employee put her hand into a soda cup that was used for a McDonald'sdelivery order, so I would not trust the food safety of any delivery orders. Looking at reviews for this place, I wouldabsolutely corroborate Tim K's review. Read more

No drive-through, which is fairly common for fast-food chains in Goleta. Their coffee is super strong - I think they are trying... to compete with Starbucks. :( There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating but this location has an over abundance of streetpeople at certain times of the day. Order on the app for fast service, but you can also order at the kiosk or in person. Thefood is typical McDonald's fare, prepared consistently. The staff is competent although not overly friendly and the attrition ishigh. Read more

It took easily more than 5 minutes (after ordering) to get A CUP OF BLACK COFFEE ... at 8:15 a.m. That is UNSAT. Such a small... and simple order for something that is already made and just has to be put in a cup should NEVER make it into the red status onthe order board - mine was red for at least 3 minutes. And they did have the coffee made - there was not a delay for brewinglike might happen in the evening or if they were really busy. A CUP OF COFFEE. OVER FIVE MINUTES. And they were not very busy.There is clearly a leadership problem. The employees are not trained properly and do not work together. 1 man was doing all thedrinks and just "piling" them up at edge of the counter. 1 woman was packaging all of food and handing the orders to thecustomers. BOTH were repeatedly looking at the order board. NEITHER had the sense to say "hey this order can be cleared in 10seconds" and do so - they both just kept filling orders in the order they were placed, making customers with simple orders waitunreasonable time while other orders were filled (waiting for food to be cooked, etc...). Eventually the lady tried to hand me acoffee from the pile that had been setting there for 5 minutes. I refused and said I want a fresh HOT coffee. Then thesupervisor or manager (?) who had literally JUST walked in ARGUED with me that it is hot and was just poured. I told him I hadbeen staring at the cup for FIVE MINUTES wondering if it is mine and, if so, why are they not giving it to me. Told him I want afreshly poured one or a refund. He reluctantly gave in and all was well. BTW, the girl working the register took only 1 orderafter mine during this entire time and never lifted a finger to help - she stood there and leaned against the register staringat her coworkers and the customers. The total disregard for the timeline to fill orders (mandatory) and lack of teamwork andcommon sense combined with the leadership arguing about something he has ZERO knowledge of is shocking.
