The girl from the drive thru was not friendly at all and gave me one of my Frappuccinos without whipped cream
Lady could not get my order correct after saying it 3 times. When I got my drink it did not taste like it normally does from... other Starbucks. Ended up having to throw my drink away after 3 sips. Waste of money. Read more
I love the Gonzales Starbucks. The employees are always friendly and always patient, as I figure out to use my phone to pay for... my order. It is directly off Hwy. 101. Take the 5th St Exit. It?s a busy location, but the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend for the level of service received... here! A customer in front of me ended up with a lukewarm coffee and they happily remade it for her apologizing for the waittime. I was very pleasantly surprised as to how it was handled. Read more
It's Starbucks so it's consistent except for the employees. The staff here is outstanding. Patience, memory and more patience.... She delt with 4 people ahead of me, an older woman who had no idea what she wanted, followed by a couple fighting in line, thena totally stoned but she helped each of us politely and knowledgeablely... Had a mobile order. Ready as I walked through the door. Nice woman behind counter says "mobile order?" "Okay, one moment, I... forgot the extra cinnamon on top." She gave me extra, extra cinnamon. Baristas could have been a bit friendlier. I was given the wrong size but the drink was great.
