I wouldn't ever eat here again. Very terrible staff. Waited over an hour after ordering food. Drinks were always empty, and when... we did order more drinks it would take at least 30 minutes to get a refill. Food was pretty cool when it was finally served anddidn't taste good. The staff is either untrained or has no urgency in serving your food. Once I entered the restaurant while it was mostly empty... and the waitresses fought over where they would seat me. Another time I sat with my partner and we waited 30 mins and no onenoticed us and we ended up leaving. I've ordered online from them several times and have not had a good experience picking up myfood. Either items on the order is not in stock which they wait to tell you when you get there or they forget them completely. Read more
If I could give negative stars I would. Appetizer was cold. Ordered a chicken sandwich. The bread was twice as big as the small... tender they put on it. Chicken wasn?t cooked all the way. And charged me for wedges but never got them. Definitely would not gohere. Read more
Starting off I will say thank you too the staff for trying to right all guest issues, the only reason there are two stars. This... restaurant is understaffed always which results in horrible wait times, sometimes not even being served. Today was only madedifferent by the fact that a waiter walked of the job on this already struggling crew. Once again thanks to the remaining staff.This location needs to shutdown or pay enough to entice a full crew. Might have been the final time. Read more
Friday at 8:30. Not packed at all, 6 people at the bar and it took 15 minutes to even get a beer. Bartender was on phone entire... time. Didn't even get a chance to order after over 25 minutes and I'm people around us we're getting incorrect orders. Watched akitchen worker clock out shortly after. Left and went to Mike Anderson's. Don?t eat here! They are so bad even the managers know better than to come see how your meal was. Our guacamole is straight... avacaodo. My chicken tenders are hard as heck! Mac n cheese was cold. Chips are burnt. If I could leave a zero star I would. Read more

The dry-rub wings, onion rings and ice cold beer were superb! Poor bartender working by herself, serving people at the bar and... at the tables did an excellent job and always with a smile. I'm sure she was exhausted by the end of her shift though! Theyneed dependable staff that actually show up for work! Read more
