Service at the bar was good. Drinks were excellent. Steak was on point. Would of gotten a five if it wasn't for the mini... shrimp. It's an add on for the steak for almost 4 bucks for 6. Being in LA I wasn't expecting mini shrimp.lol. Read more
Horrible service! It was a major inconvenience for the hostess to seat us and she seemed really irritated that we even walked... in. After sitting down, our drinks were brought and we never saw our waiter again. After about 10 minutes, I walked to the bar,paid for our drinks and enjoyed a nice dinner down the road. Read more
Four of my work colleagues and I left work and arrived here at about 3:30 pm today. The restaurant was near empty. The bar side... was completely empty. The people here said they didn't have a table big enough for 5 people at the moment and made us waitOUTSIDE FOR 20 MINUTES in <50°, windy weather. Mind you there were about ten tables in the dining area with 6 chairs at eachtable available and more than socially distanced from any other customers. Like I said the bar side was empty and there werehigh top tables with about TEN chairs which could have been separated easily. There was a party of two behind us that got seatedfirst. That made no sense and was disrespectful considering the restaurant was NEARLY EMPTY! Absolutely disgraceful! I have notbeen to a Chili's in years. I will never return to this location if not any location again. They could've offered a freeappetizer especially for making us wait outside for 20 minutes when we could've been seated. Tried a burger last unite. Burger was delicious. Cooked just right. My brother in law had the chicken & waffles, he said it was... good! Cheese fries appetizer not pictured was good. I have never written a bad review but this rubbed me the wrong way! 2nd time visiting. 1st time I visited was in April. We had... 12 people, and service was AMAZING! I was back in Sorrento hosting family and decided on Chili's for dinner. Wait time was 15min not bad. Seated by the hostess, waitress passed by and said "I'll be right with you". 20 min passed. The hostess stop by andasked had we been helped? No she took our drink orders and said your waitress will be here soon to take your order. That tookanother 10 minutes. My niece and I placed our order. Food came out with no condiments. We had to wait for sour cream and ranchdressing to enjoy our meals. Our entire time seated our waitress never asked if we needed anything, or if we were ok. Had toflag her down to get to go plates. Paying the check on the kiosk and the previous persons check was still there. I wasn'tpleased at all with my service and I still left her a 20% tip. Read more
The few times I?ve visited here have been good experiences. Friendly service; clean restaurant. Chelsea was attentive and fast,... and took good care of us. Meals were enjoyable. I liked the mango-strawberry iced tea. The salmon was surprisingly very good.They also allow you to substitute sides, but be warned that depending on what you pick, you may have to pay and extra $1 foreach. And as always, their chips & salsa were excellent, except when we asked for a second bowl of salsa, we were told that theyran out of salsa. (How does that happen? It has never happened before at any Chili?s or at any Mexican restaurant we?vevisited.) All in all, it was an enjoyable dining experience. Read more
Just left the Gonzales Chili?s Restaurant but left without services by choice. We were seated after waiting upfront for a while... but once seated, we were ignored by the staff until we asked and witnessed conversations among staff on who will take thetable. However, when someone did decide to come to our table, she was very rude and nasty- yes the lady with the blue hair. Atthat point, I decided that it was not a good idea to eat at the restaurant as you all know they do crazy stuff to people?s food. Bad experience and I would not recommend the restaurant. Read more
