The steak on my quesadilla is too tough to chew. A waste of money, could have just eaten a grilled cheese sandwich. After... speaking to the manager and his kindness and willing to make things right, I will try again. So I am changing my 1 star to 3 fornow. My rating started with a 1 then after speaking to the manager I changed it to a 3 but after I was lied to my 3 Star is a NOSTAR Rating! "0" not the 1 that I had to choose. I returned a few week later to get my meal replacement. A phone call was"supposedly" made and I was told by an employee that the General Manager said I should have come back the same day to have mymeal replaced. Mind you, I advised the manger on the day of my complaint that I will not be coming in that day & will get it forlunch on another occasion. I retrieved my phone from my car and showed employee my review (proof of purchase) & then he asked ifI wanted him to call the manager again. This is such a great place and is well needed in Gonzales. Very large portions, so you get your money's worth. I really enjoyed... my experience there. Also - I wish I remembered his name, but there was a team member that helped my mother in law and myselfby bringing our food to the table (we are both disabled). Read more

It's like the subway of burritos. Service is generally good and friendly. They dont skimp on the portions. Ingredients look... pretty fresh (unlike subway) and they are always cooking up some chicken or steak when I've gone. Read more

This location had multiple advertisements of margarita specials. The manager on duty would not honor the pricing of the special.... He then proceeded to rip out the flyers from around the store instead. I have never experienced this before in ANYestablishment. Read more
