Why would a nice Jack in the box hire someone rude to work at the drive through window? We loved coming here for the customer... service and food. Apparently, a Terry, as shown on the receipt does not enjoy her job! We will come back one more time, and ifshe serves us again with her attitude, we will no longer come back. She will drive customers away. Customers are her paycheck.And all do respect, she should have better manners. I would not put her in a situation that she has to work with thepublic! Great food still. Came inside to order food, no one spoke to us at the register to say ?they will be right with us? and no greeting, waited about... 10/15mins and decided not to order. Very rude to ignore your customers and not have anyone working at the front to take ourorder. Read more

I have been coming to this Jack for over 20 Years. I Love the Tacos and Egg Rolls. I live in Metairie and on Sundays I make the... drive to Gonzales for my usual, Tacos and Egg Rolls. This past year I've been disappointed in the customer service. Today wasthe final straw. The Employee was Rude, she said No Tacos or Eggrolls. I feel as this was a lie and just Laziness to make them.I then asked for fries, I was told I can only have curly fries. I got to the window and watched her as she played with her phoneignoring me. My fries were in a bag in front of her. Paisd with a $5 bill and as I'm waiting with my hand out for my change, shecontinued to play with her phone. I asked for ketchup and was ignored. No one ran the cash register when you walked in. Waited 10 minutes for her to decide to walk over from drive through to check... us out. Should have gone somewhere else, and will next time. Food was really good but the service and lack of cleanliness wasdisgusting. Three other families went through the same wait and treatment as we waited and ate. Read more
Wasn't a lot of people there. Waited a few minutes to get served with no one else in line to order. Once someone did come, the... order was spot on, fast getting made, and tasted great. About as pricey as everyone else. Only complaint really is the lemonadewas horrible. Read more
