Update 8/18/22: Still great service. I really like that the employees ask how my day is going and make small talk, that is great... customer service. Pizza was good. The young lady that cut and boxed my pizza was very friendly and always had a smile on herface. It was so refreshing because you don't get to see that a lot nowadays from young people. Read more

Best place EVER!!!!... I finally enjoyed pizza.???? They have Dairy free cheese. I ordered my pizza and calzone online because I was exhausted and wanted to grab and go to get home. I walked in to get the... pizza and the calzone thought it was ready only to find out that the pizzas were ready and cold but no calzone. They made thecalzone into a pizza so instead of grabbing and going I had to sit and wait for my calzone behind a ton of people orderingpizza?they are always very busy! The purpose of ordering online is to grab and go this wasn?t the case on the receipt itclearly stated Calzone. Then I grab the other two pizza that were waiting not even hot anymore no one offered to keep them warmwhile I waited this is a absolutely ridiculous! If you want hot pizza don?t order ahead online, Also If my kids weren?t waitingon pizza from Lit I would?ve gotten my money back! Pictures also of how my pizzas were thrown together. Lit Pizza is always a favorite of mine. The toppings are always fresh, the staff is always polite, the lemonade is delicious and... the cookies are amazing! They even have a rewards program, so you earn points at every visit. If I had one negative, it would bethat they only offer one size drink. If you are dining in, no problem because the refills are free. However, I always find thatif I carry out, I always wish I had a bigger drink.
