Fries weren't salted and cold. Big Mac was soggy. This wasn't the first time the food was bad, but it will be the last
I bought 1 soda at 5:42pm at curbside and it didn't reach me until 6:01pm that is 19 minutes for 1 soda. That is definitely... unsatisfactory and the lady who brought it to me looks so discombobulated, her face was rude and I'm not sure what's going oninside this store, but holy cow I don't want to return here. So if you come here plan to be here for 30 to 45 minutes plus ifthere is any issues with your food. And I got hungry while waiting for my drink so I had ordered fries and a burger and 30minutes later it still isn't here, lucky I have YouTube and patience. But I have watched so many people get mad and go insideand walk past grunting that they are going to do surveys and whatnot, the tension is so high that you can cut it with it aknife. Most people leaving here are angry. And I would be ashamed to call this my store right now. I didn't get all of my fooduntil 6:29, that is 47 minutes. The manager was apologetic but it would of been nice to get a small treat or something toaccommodate me for my wait. Read more

Literally the cleanest, most organized McDonald's I've ever been in. There was someone cleaning tables and trays. Nothing... looked nasty. The lady in the purple shirt i can only assume the manager possibly because she was on top of it all. She hadeverything running smooth. Absolutely appreciated the cleanliness!!!! Stayed in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes and the line didn't move. I got out of line and went to another McDonald's.... This McDonald's always have the worse and slowest drive thru service. Not sure what was going on but if they were that shortstaffed they should have just closed. There were several other cars in front and behind me that got out of line and let too. Read more
The line at this location is always long. I usually avoid stopping here, but did today to grab food for someone else. Sat in... line for over 15 minutes to receive a raw quarter pounder. Why are we waiting so long for food that isn?t cooked? I?ve readseveral other reviews about the long lines and receiving cold or raw food. Absolutely ridiculous! Also, why is the inside ofthe restaurant still closed? The drive thru wouldn?t be as bad if the inside was available for ordering and seating. Read more
I enjoyed my visit here. The employees were attentive and friendly. The dining room is very modern and really nice. They have 4... self-ordering kiosks. I?m glad to know that they?ve added a new feature to the kiosks: Now you can opt to pay at the kiosks orin front at the cash register. This is good because the kiosks have often failed to print a receipt after running out of paper.Food was hot and coffee, as always, I?d very good. They have a drive-thru and there?s ample parking outside. This fast foodrestaurant conveniently sits on a corner lot so it?s easy in and out. Read more
