I asked for ketchup for my fries and the lady very nastily told me there was none in the whole store. I find that hard to... believe. I asked if there was something else that she could give me to dip my fries in and she looked at me liked I'd justinsulted her. Not good customer service and rude. There are other restaurants where I can spend money and not be treated ugly. Read more

This was a terrible experience. No breakfast burritos was available nor was any kind of frappes. There fountain drinks were... disgusting. The service was horrific. The lady threw my food on the table and still got half of it wrong. Not enough people norwas it clean enough anywhere in there. The bathrooms were gross. I'm very disappointed. Read more

Waited 15 min just to place a order. Girl took my order with a attitude. Rang me up wrong then argued me down about my order. Bc... cause she rang it wrong. Had to wait 10 more minutes just for fries they didn?t rang up. Charging me more than the meal price.Attitudes & bad service lack of management. Read more

How the same McDonald's (hwy 30 Gonzales Louisiana) can be out of sausage burritos for a month straight is pretty impressive.... Surely I'm not the only person that has noticed that for 4 Saturdays straight they are out of the same thing. I would like tothink there is a good explanation for this and not the oversight of management. Read more

8/20/22: Staff in drive thru today had no customer service skills. The girl handed me my drink and food and didn't say one... word. I still smiled and said thank you to the one that took my order and payment and the one who handed me my food to show myappreciation of them being at work. I'm paying for food that's paying their salary. It makes you not want to go there. If youhave an employees that does not have customer service skills you need to either: 1. Bring someone in to do some customer servicetraining or 2. Do not put them on the front line as they are a representation of your business and can cause your business tosucceed or fail. Read more

Food was barely warm. No syrup was given to go with big breakfast. To top it all off, no A/C inside and cashiers would not take... an order and told us to order at the kiosk. Staff was at least rude if I had something to say. Read more

I will give credit when it is due and this restaurant is very clean, even the restrooms. However, McDonald?s continues to live... up to there poor reputation when it comes down to some (Not all) of there employees. I literally order only two things a fry anda drink. I went to the restroom and came back and my food still wasn?t ready. When I finally got my food I could tell the greasewasn?t fresh. The lady at the front counter was not helping the other employees out and she was also on the phone on socialmedia or texting I guess. I don?t know if there wasn?t enough employees but being on the phone while customers waiting on simpleorders is definitely RUDE. Read more

The food was good,but I asked for no onions, add lettuce on my Double quarter pounder with cheese,and didn't get that! I also... ordered a large size combo,and ended up with a small drink, & medium fry! Plus the cashier, or team member answered the intercomwith a disrespectful attitude,and was unprofessional and rude trying to rush me through my order. I mean, come on, your main jobis to listen to the customers, and give them what they order; it's not rocket science! If you can't do your job correctly thenleave, because there's ALWAYS someone out their who would be happy,and grateful to have your job! I only went to location,because of its convenience to the hospital I was staying in. Won't that mistake again! Read more
