What a nice and pleasant experience especially when the Manager Dillon passed by our table repeatedly to check on us, as well as... to join in our conversation and laugh with us. Usually managers stop for a quick obligatory stop but Dillon actually spent timewith us. He didn?t just stop and talk with us, but throughout the restaurant, I saw him laughing and chopping it up with otherpatrons. Thanks for making my moms evening. I?ll be back soon. Nice family outing for those with younger children as well. Veryreasonable prices and hefty portions. Our server, Taylor M, was so patient and gracious. We had my elderly parents (a challengelol) who she accommodated with kindness and warmth. Thank you!! You can?t go wrong with the wings and bloomin onion forappetizers. Also if you are bold or just like spicy drinks, the Spicy Mango ?Rita is a must try and it?s only $7!!!! I had thepotato soup and Caesar salad (I ate most of the croutons). My mom had a huge ribeye. Aiden, our server, was patient and attentive. The bar tender and manager came to check on us multiple times. The bread was... piping hot when we were sat at our table. Overall excellent service. My steak was amazing. Cooked perfectly. My boyfriendschicken was seasoned well and the Alfredo was rich and creamy. Will be coming back soon Read more
We eat here often, it is my son?s favorite so whenever he gets to pick. We came last month for his birthday with a party of 20... and we didn?t have the best experience. However, the hostess that evening did her very best to fix it, Kendra was awesome, shedefinitely made up for all the other issues. We walked in today a month later and she remembered us, assured we got an awesomeserver, Devin whom I might add doubled as the bartender and rocked it. They definitely made up for the ?off? night and thensome. The customer service was excellent, the food on point and the manager even stopped by to assume our experience was up toour expectations and it was. Waited almost an hour for a steak that looked they didn?t even try to do it right. My server was really nice I will not say... anything bad about her service. The food is not good, for $26 a steak you should do better. I?d rather drive to TexasRoadhouse. I paid for it but took two bites. Don?t waste your money here. Read more
Outback use to be one of my favorite places to eat, the world and everything in it has changed! The steak was good, we ordered a... blooming onion first thing, the drinks was bought out, the salads, the main course, never a blooming onion! The waitress had agood sense of humor about it though, the Mgr. Came out to make it right, and gave us a free one, but it was still like we didn'tget one because I warmed it up today and it was so salty, I still couldn't eat it! But anyway, my Daughter and I have justdecided to make our meals at home! We had to share a menu due to shortage, the floors were slippery due to food spillage, thepandemic has made a major difference in our world! Read more
Went out with the fiancé for a spontaneous date night. It was lovely! The wallaby darned is my favorite thing here and the... bartender who was making it did not disappoint tonight! Very disappointed. I am a rewards member and military. I usually have a great experience but the kitchen and manager wasn?t that... great. The waiter MIMI did a wonderful job! But when I asked the manager for extra sauce, I normally get it in a bowl but thistime it was in a condiment container for $3.99. I asked for another one and brought it to their attention. Went for a late lunch/early dinner & had the best experience! I ordered the new bloomin shrimp appetizer & the filet & lobster... for the main course. Loaded baked potato & steakhouse Mac n cheese for my sides. The food was delicious. Kensey was our waitress& she was absolutely delightful. She was very attentive without being intrusive & even helped the elderly man at the table nextto us figure something out on his phone (with infinite patience & grace I might add). Read more
