Horrible service! Me and my husband were going out for the night so decided to order pizza for children and babysitter. We... wanted it delivered to house. I received a text around 7:12 PM that it was out for delivery and we live only 7 minutes from themso I figured it would be there soon. Me and my husband left and i receive a call from babysitter around 8PM that pizza still hasnot arrived. I call the store and speak to manager in training and she did state it went out and through a door dash deliverydriver, which I told her I didn?t order through door dash and she stated they use that delivery service. She offered to remakeit and us pick it up but I was not in the area and babysitter could not drive. The driver never contacted us just took off withpizza. I told Cody I would call back if they did not deliver within 10 minutes. They did not deliver so I attempted to call backand out of 10 times I reached the call center 3 times which then forwarded me to the store which still did not answer my calls.It was horrible I had to contact someone who lived close by to bring my children and the babysitter food. Will not use thisPizza Hut again! I did end up getting my refund the day after multiple attempts of calling again. They had caller ID as well,because when they answered the same lady from night before asked me if I had ever gotten my pizza. They should of called me thenight before to see if it had actually gotten delivered or atleast answered my calls! Read more
Purchased over $100 in pizza. The pizza was over cooked. Ordered delivery. The driver was extremely late arriving. Tried to... contact the store the phone was going straight to Voicemail. I know they knew they overcooked the pizza but they still sent itout for delivery. Read more
Called placed order was told 30 min delivery. Hour goes by no pizza tracked order said it was being cooked another said it was... being delivered. 930 pm still no pizza. Got in car and went to pick it up from store door was locked. Came home. I will neverorder anything from this location again. My x wife was manager of pizza hut and they didnt do stuff like this. I love the manager that works at this store. She's got such personality, and she knows how to make some awesome pizza. It was... incredibly fresh and properly filled with toppings, and I couldn't have asked for better. I just wish they delivered to my houseinstead of having to drive out to get it. Read more
When you call your LOCAL store, you get a call center with people who have no idea where you live or if the store delivers... there. After 10 minutes and a ?manager override ? we were told that that store doesn?t deliver to our address. But we do seedelivery vehicles pass our house all the time. I guess it?ll be Papa Johns or Domino?s for us from now on. At least when youcall there, someone who works in that store locally answers the phone and has good information quickly. Read more
The pizza was great and the employees were polite. When I ordered on the phone the man that took my order was pleasant and... helpful, he also applied a coupon to order. Then when I picked up my pizza, without me even asking, he opened each box to makesure I was happy with the pizzas. The service was great and food was delicious! Read more
Our order took over an hour and a half to arrive and it was cold when it did arrive.
