For the amount of time we waited just to order we assumed they were short staffed but upon getting to the window discovered a... gaggle of tomfoolery. I believe it?s healthy to have fun at work but only when we?re on top of our tasks. We were only one oftwo cars without crazy orders. Part of our order was missing and they were just plain rude. Lately, each experience has gotten better and better. I?ve eaten 3-4 times in the last 5-6 weeks & the management has upgraded... 100% from the entire time I remember them being open. First, waited almost 15 min total before my order was taken. No cars in front of me in the drive thru. Kept getting told hold... on. Woman on speaker had an attitude & talked low with no intention to speak up or assist when I couldn?t hear severaltimes. Got food for this to be in my red beans. Like WHAT is that. Maintenance made me keep a watchful eye while going through the drive through. Was asked to wait prior to ordering. They did... not mute so all comments good and bad came through about their day. Listened for about 5 minutes to order. Waited outside for15 minutes. Came in, the employee working the main counter said she couldn?t help because I ordered through drive through. Iwas waiting for nuggets that were done, but nobody filled the boxes. The manager looked upset that it was busy. Employeesseemed very disorganized and disgruntled. I would suggest another location or chain. The lemonade machine was out and no oneseemed to care to fill it. The manager was told. She disappeared into the back and didn?t fill it. Went through drive through asked for an order of 8 nuggets and a 12 piece nugget . And they decided to give me 8 nuggets in a 12... piece box even after I paid for a 12 piece I?m not sure who is over this Popeyes but I?m truly disgusted with them at this pointa few weeks ago they told us they didn?t have any tenders just because it was late and they didn?t wanna drop any and decided totell us to come back in the morning . We are in love with the chicken sandwich, we bought spacy and classic and both are delish... and the best part for me was the... jalapeños, i ? love it and they give it to you in this tiny bags super cute????.
