Why do they ask what smoothie you have after charging your card. Why do they not always follow instructions for making each... smoothie? Today we went in and was asked what we ordered as she was giving receipt. I told her the receipt showed yogurt delightalmond mocha. After we drove away, I was asked if it tasted correct. I tasted a sweet bland liquid that was not a smoothie, muchless what was ordered. I am fed up with this location. I would rather drive across town to a different location than to dealwith incompetence. I have complained before but apparently to no avail. My car broke down In the drive through at 20:00 at 8/16/2020 and the night time staff helped me tremendously by providing me... with water and a phone to call help since mine had died and even offered to help push my car in neutral. Store hours are posted open until 10, sign on door says lobby closes at 9. Door locked at 8:30, not answering drive through. I... can see two employees hiding in the back peeking out. Manager should reconsider their employment. Read more
