Ordered a smoothie 25 minutes prior to arriving. Lady on the phone said it would be ready when I get there. Got there and it... wasnt made. I had to wait 10 minutes until it was finally done. 3 Workers that all seemed like rookies. People have jobs to goto! Read more

Terry and Jason, a true Professional team. This morning I was unsure as to breakfast selection as I normally go to Nasty fast... food and I reached out for Professional guidance from Terry. Terry was spot on and took the time to explain how nourishing thisselection is. And with in a sec, his associate Jason whooped a great batch. No knowing, Terry upped his game and said if youdon't like it, he will personally fix it. Wait for it..... AMAzingness power penutbutter!!! As a professional, I highlyrecommend and won confidence in Terry's Smoothy King experience and will look forward to coming back as I live in Brproper!!!!! It's taken a month of bad experiences for me to finally make this review. If you have a choice, go to the one in prairieville.... This one is getting worse every time I visit after the gym. They've given me someone else's order, given me a small when i paidfor a large, they take your phone from your hand instead of scanning it-which defeats the whole purpose of contactless payment.I only choose this one because the gym's across the street, and at least I get the right order in the end. Itd be nice if theyfixed the issues though. I love the people at the prairieville smoothie king, it really doesn't take much to provide goodservice in a drive thru. Read more
Extremely slow on 1/23/21. I mean unbelievably low performance compared to peers. After reading other reviews it seems as... this is quite common at this location and has been ongoing for quite some time. Leadership is either unwilling to correct theissue or lacks the necessary skill sets to correct the problem. This location would greatly benefit by replacing front linestaff with more capable employees. Read more
We had a bit of a long wait but it was Friday and the only close Smoothie King nearby so it is expected. Smoothies are delicious... and correct! The worker, Jordyn (per the receipt we?re not sure!) was super sweet and labeled our smoothies and put them in ourdrink tray. Thanks you guys are awesome. Read more
This specific smoothie king hires workers that take so long to make your smoothie that it's actually faster to go to the one on... Hwy 30 (15 mins from my house) and They put so much ice in the smoothies that they taste like water. I'm never going here again.The manager needs to be fired Read more
