It?s a joke, this restaurant is so sad that Waffle House will be the last place I go!!!! We walked in and we?re told they... weren?t taking anymore orders but they had 25 of there friends all on one side of the restaurant! They we?re having a party looklike but was very rude!! My food was fine, but I didn't like the way the other work treated guy working as our server. It was about 15 of us, the other... servers were sitting, watching him make mistakes instead of correcting him on what do when a large party comes in. One ladydidn't move until we ask for a manager. Then, we found out that the young man was new, but as for the others they thought it wasfunny! That's very poor customer service when you can't even help your fellow co-worker! Read more
I would have given a better rating, but when I went in to try and get food after working a long hard day and there were no... employees in the store at all. They were all out back. Then when someone finally came in we were told they were only doing to goorders. I think that if they are only going to do to go orders that they should make sure someone inside to let people know thatthey are only doing to go orders. And the store looked really nasty inside. I used to love this wafflehouse. But i unfortunately had the experience of waiting 22 mins just to take my order. Then middle... of giving my order she walks away while i was middle of telling her what else i wanted. This could be looked over if every otherwaitress ignored me while walking back and foward. Awsome food and service. Cooks didn't have all the order ready at one time. Part of the order came then the rest came 5 minutes... later. One girl looked like she had her couch clothes on. Read more
We had a wonderful breakfast at the waffle house, the coffee was delicious, we ordered waffles, chocolate chip waffles and a... beacon sandwich (I love it) Everybody is nice and friendly. Please if you want a good breakfast you have to stop by. We highlyrecommend this place. Read more
This WH is a staple in our community, and has been for decades. It's a great place to go when you need to feel at home or just... to avoid everything. The atmosphere (imho) is family-friendly, clean, quiet or boisterous, and comfortable. However IMHOwhenever I visit my mind goes into 'time-warp' and time truly stops. Whenever I walk outside, I feel it's a new day - no matterhow long I've been there. Read more
