The absolute worse experience. I will never go to this location again but it really make me not want to go to the entire... franchise. I have had great experience at the one on corporate in baton rouge. Also at the other walk ons closer to the outlet. My 1st complaint is it was dirty. The floors, the restrooms, and the walls. It made you not want to finish your food. Ourwaitress was the rudest not friendly at all. She came to the table and said do you guys wanna order or what?? We had a party of10 and we sat by a back door right where people go in and out and drinks are made. I had to scoot up every time a waitresswanted to make a drink. Our shoes was getting stuck to the sticky floors. It was a mess. We go out often as a family and tipvery well. I just couldn't do it. But I do want to say thanks for the customer service at the corporate location in batonrouge. They definitely made their 200 dollar tip worth it. I would avoid this airline blvd. location until they get ittogether. The food didn't even taste the same. Read more

Food was good! Service was not as great as in the past there.
Visiting the town! Great Atmosphere, Nice Host and Waitress! Food was great! Catfish Poboy and Catfish Platter. Table... presentation was not good. Table and seat was not well cleaned before seating us. I had to ask host to find someone to cleantable. The host came back with a napkin and wiped off food without any cleaning solution. Several other tables were cleared butnot cleaned, still had food crumbs. Read more
Abby was our server and she did a great job! It was a busy Friday evening but she made sure to quickly get our order and checked... in with the table regularly. I?ve worked as a server in the past and Walk On?s is a busy restaurant. She handled the dinner rushwith ease and a smile. I gave 4 stars not because of the service, but because of the layout. The 4-top tables by the bar arecramped, making it difficult to get through and leaving bar patrons to bump into people in their chairs. Other then the layout,the food and service was great. Read more
In town visiting. Quick seating. Fast service. Hard workers. Our server was Chaslynn and she was attentive and prompt with a... friendly smile. Delicious food. We ordered the Sunday sliders, kids catfish plate, and hangover burger with sweet potato fries. Would go again! Read more
I usually consider WalkOns a really great place. The food is always consistent and the atmosphere is nice but the service is... below average. My husband and I went on a day that wasn?t even remotely busy and our service was very poor. The server tookforever to ask our order, refill our drinks, forgot about sauce, and we had to ask for the bill after 20 minutes of her notcoming back. Also, don?t call to ask for the wait. They ?can?t tell you over the phone? and also you can?t reserve a table. Thisrestaurant is for extremely patient people with nowhere to be. Read more
Walk-Ons Staff, As Always, thank you! We got a great meal and excellent service! Staff are always friendly and fast. Clean.... Server had some helpful suggestions for meal options.
