Nice cashier..but food took 25 min..really not only mine but others too..I ordered the #22 biscuit special..drive thru was... moving but not inside..and not just my order but everones..spoke to manager..there was help so not sure why all the insideorders were a mess..so sad.. Read more

This was the worst and slowest service I?ve ever had! When I pulled up there was one car in front of me and we sat there for 30... minutes! Then when I finally get to the window for my food the lady tells me I can only have 1 ketchup after I spent $10 on onemeal. I wouldn?t recommend anyone go here!! Read more
Horrible service!!! No one in the restaurant and it took more than 40 min for a burger
The food is always good. And once In a while I crave a delicious whataburger and or shake. BUT THE SERVICE?. Every single time... we come there are cars backed up because the service is so extremely slow. Currently waiting second in line right now. Been herefor about 15 minutes. There?s car backed up behind me and cars waiting for food on my right. If service was sped up this wouldbe a go to place like McDonalds. Read more
