Wait time stated 58-63 minutes, still was not ready after 1 hour 20 minutes. Employees were not wearing gloves, scratching their... heads over the fries, and vaping while preparing food. When asked for a refund they said ok, but that they couldn?t do it ?rightnow? because they were too busy. Disgusting and unprofessional. Read more

Awful service. Employee was rude. She didnt seem like she wanted to take our order. Food came out quickly and when we got home... we realized the food we were given was cold. Was not freshly cooked even though we had placed the order for take out whilewaiting in the lobby. We asked for ranch since we had not been given any sauce. Employee seemed annoyed by having to get usdipping sauce. Employee eventually brought us ranch and then charged us for it. Once we realized food was cold up getting homewe tried calling back and asked the employees name. She refused to give her name. Spoke to her manager and was told her name wasDevona. Is it possible to give 0 stars? This was a horrible customer service experience and the wings were comparably horrible. I... ordered thighs, they didn't have any. When I asked why didn't someone call me, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said but Imade everything else. After speaking to the manager, she simply said oh, I meant too. To add injury to insult, the order wasshort 2 wings. I paid extra for all flats and it was mixed. The chicken (or whatever bird) is huge, they have changed to asubstandard supplier. One employee was on his phone and the other was wearing ear buds. Clearly answering the phone is too muchto ask. Read more
