If I could give this place a 0 for stars I would. My husband and I used to go here all the time. This last time we went was... horrible. We got old cold chicken tenders and the tea smelled and tasted soured. The french-fries were cold and stale. uponfinishing our meal we both had extreme stomach pains and had food poisoning. This isn't the first time this has happenedapparently, according to the reviews on here. This used to be a great place to eat, now it has gone down hill and slid into thedumpster. I recently have seen employees go into the restroom area and come out without washing their hands. There are employeesthat aren't wearing hair nets like food service is supposed to. I can only assume that the multiple hairs I have found over thepast months in my chicken is from the employees not following safe food prep practices. I have seen employees grab pieces ofchicken with bare hands. In spite of all this We continued to go back because we thought it would get better. Please DO NOT GOHERE! First time ever to try Golden Chick. There was three cars ahead of me. I get to the ordering speaker and wait for someone's... voice, nothing, cars piling up behind me. Still waiting for a voice, watch the three cars ahead of me get their orders. Still noresponse. So I drove by the pickup window and gave the employee there a smirk while throwing my hand up (No not the bird) andwent to DQ. I guess I'll never know what GC tastes like because you blew your chance. Good job! From the looks of the otherreviews it sounds like you need to do a serious overhaul of your establishment or you're going to be closed up soon. Read more
I like Golden Chick's because they are onr of the few places that have baked chicken. But they don't make much so it's hit and... miss. I wish it was more consistent. the sides are good, and don't forget the Spicy packets to sprinkle on your food ???? Read more
Great quality chicken. Forgot to ask for sauce, so not sure what they have. They did include a spicy seasoning in packets, which... was good, but the kids were looking for something more like honey mustard. I will know next time! Read more
Food tasted awful. Got a chicken tender sandwich with honey mustard. The chicken tasted awfully bland and the honey mustard... didn't taste as good as it usually does. I think this is the last time I'll eat at a Golden Chick since so many stores are bad. Read more
I tried calling the store about the raw chicken I have, to see about replacing my order. But with it being the wrong number to... get ahold of anybody, I think getting my money back would be better. Read more
I guess there a shortage of chicken. Cause this the 2nd time at this location. I didnt want finger blasters I want chicken... tenders. What a shame when u spend your hard earned money at a business and still get focked. Read more
