The staff is friendly but the food is not good. I've been there several times over the years hoping thing would improve. The... burritos are not good. Soggy, slop that looked like my dog's dinner. I can't cut it and eat with a fork/knife or pick itup. The dark chicken meat is unappetizing/questionable. The chips are tasteless and not fresh. Fresh guac is hit or miss as toif it will be available. The complementary ?ranch? dressing is terrible, watery and I don?t want it tucked into the bad ofchips (unsanitary!). If you wouldn't lick the outside of the cups then don't put them inside with food. People want fresh,tasty, dare I say healthy, authentic Mexican food. Was unable to order online. The site simply would not allow me to continue. So eventually, I called and placed our order. My... husband had the Jumbo Chicken Burrito, and I had the Burrito Del Mar (shrimp, scallops, and crab meat). The food was prepared ina timely manner and we both enjoyed our respective entrees. The person answering the phone may have been new, but he was politeand efficient. Positive experience overall. Read more
Located in a small strip mall this restaurant outshines expectations! From the time we walked in we were immediately greeted,... seated and given our menus. Chips came out with salsa and a side of cheese/bean combo.. amazing mixture as I've never had itbefore! Food was out fast and was some of the best Mexican I've had along with the amount served. The food was delicious, fresh and we'll presented. A great value. I had the tacos and wife had enchilada with creamy salad... (lettuce and sour cream with a tomato. I just liked the simplicity and freshness. If you're visiting Montpelier or skyline,don't miss it The pic shows waiters & waitresses present.
