Bathrooms and showers were clean. Safe place to park. All of the workers were nice. The Wendy’s opens at 3 am.

I guess this is what I get for stopping for fuel and coffee at 2 a.m. The Dunkin Donuts coffee was so full of grounds that I had... to pour it out and start over and got the privilege of paying $2.50 for the terrible Pilot coffee I did get. Although the hotrollers were on, nothing was edible and hadn't been for a very long time but it was still going and filthy with burnt hot dogson it. The cashier, Heather, couldn't be bothered to get off her phone or even stand up from leaning over the phone screen onthe counter to check customers out. It's hard to check people out when your elbows are glued to the counter. The soda machinewas out of order and the the slush/fruit juice machines were turned off but still full of stagnant liquid just sitting. It seemslike that's what everything in this store was doing, just sitting and dirty. I will never stop here again and will avoid allPilot stops anytime I can from now on. Certainly never again in Good Hope/Cullman, AL. Read more

Loved this gas station. They had lots of great snack and food options. Had a great variety and I was able to find every snack I... was looking for. I wish my whole my family ate gas station food because they got wendy’s next door and it took so long. Ittook 45min plus for them to order and receive their food. Overall a good experience; service, food, snacks, drinks, andclothing. Read more
Clean restrooms and showers but no laundry machines but besides that it’s really not that bad of a truck stop, plenty of truck... parking in the back and the employees are very cool and laid back willing to help customers. Read more
lots of great snack and food options, they had such a great variety and i was able to find every snack i wanted. though it was a... little pricey i was glad i came here, and i wish my whole my family ate gas station food. because they got wendy’s next doorand oh my god. it took FOREVER there was barley a line but it still took 45min plus for us to order and receive our food. overall 10/10 would recommend, great service, food, snacks, drinks, and clothing.
