It was a horrible experience witch was said because usually we get great service.but this time it all went bad.hour to get my... food then it was cold and I had to call to get it delivered after on the app.she said it was old I asked her why when I was toldit would be an hour she said they would make it the deliver it but it was the old one we could tell ice cold and no sauce on ourwings. Food was OK, server was awesome. Shift manager seemed to be letting the girl on duty handle most everything while he just walked... around. The prices on the menu are not correct and you don't find this out until you've already overpaid. So ask for pricing toknow what you're getting. I didn't appreciate being overcharged. It was late in the evening around 9 pm when we arrived with only a few cars in the parking lot. I had my usual Pan Pizza, Super... Supreme and Barbecue Chicken boneless wings. I really didn?t like them but then I?m not a fast food fanatic. They had acardboard taste to me. It?s just what you might expect. The best part of our experience was the waitress who was funny, quickand a pleasure to be served by. We left her a good tip she deserved. We were on a cross country road trip and got into Goodland late and decided to order a pizza. I had not realized when I called... to place the order that it was close to closing time. It wasn't until I got to the store and seen the hours posted that I knew.I was served a delicious pizza with 2 of the biggest smiles! Some of the worst service I?ve had at a restaurant. We were greeted, sat, and given our drink order of two waters. We ordered... our food and promptly never saw from our waitress again. A separate waiter brought our food to us, which was really good. Wequickly ran out of marinara as our container was half full. We then waited for 30 minutes to be waited on to order moremarinara, a box, and the check, despite being one of the three tables in the restaurant. The waiting got to the point that I gotup and went to the entry window to wait to ask for these things. Very disappointed. Read more
