Food chains have their ups and downs but I just ordered pizza and it was delivered to my door in 18 minutes. Great job!

Customer service is horrible, I called to order a pizza . The young lady didn?t ask my name before or after she took my order... she just hung up . After I waited the 20 mins I came in to pick up the order one worker was on the phone. Read more

Just picked up a large pep & cheese pizza. No pepperoni on it but my mistake. Almost no tomato sauce and very little cheese. The... last two pizzas were terrible. Place needs to be restaffed. Lazy employees when I go in and pick up there's 5 people standing around figuring out who's gonna... get the register. When I get delivery they beat on my door for 10 minutes even though it clearly says contact lessdelivery. Order was wrong not sure what they gave me in place of my wings but it looked similar to wet dog food baked incheese. Pizza is always undercooked. If you don't care about your job find another one. I don't know if there was a language barrier or something else. The female that took my order, it was obvious that English is... her 2nd language. Our order was placed at 7:53pm on 2/26/2022. At 9:22pm I had to call and find out where our pizza was. I wastold 2nd ton next out with a 10 minute eta. When it arrived it was not what we ordered, it was room temperature and it wasn'tthe price we were quoted. Since it was 9:45pm we ate what was delivered. I have been ordering from them for years with no problems but the last order on 1/25 was horrible. Very long wait time to... receive delivery was told in advance though, crust was best ever but toppings were almost non existent, pepperoni mushroomssausage and extra cheese, barely there. Cold, and pizza must have fallen over as it was not intact. Wings were ok. Gave twostars out of respect for past great service. Will pay in cash not card next time if I order so I can personally inspect beforepaying . This was horribly expensive as well, large pizza and 18 wings plus tip $47.49! Pretty sure pizza was a medium unlessthey have shrunk portions like everyone else. Read more

My order was wrong. But the worst of it was that the pizza RAW! Dough uncooked all the way. Cheese didn't even melt. Does no... care at this location. This is is second time and again my order is wrong. Never again. Read more
