Of all the Firehouses I?ve been to from Florida and East to West while traveling this one?s quality of food and keeping up with... their products is amongst the worst. To start they didn?t tell you upfront that the drink machine had 9 flavors of the 27offered which has no colas at all (see image). I add a max and cheese to the sand which and pay another $5 at the end of it toonly be majorly disappointed?so much so that I couldn?t even finish it. It was supposed to be creamy 4-cheese, but when I satdown in the establishment and took the lid off I realized that there were some chunks of ?cheese? like cottage cheese looks. Notthe worst part?the worst part was that it was a thin soup and bland no cheese flavor (see image). The 3 stars come from thefact that the service was good and the manager and employees where apologetic to the circumstances here and at the end refundedme for the Mac and cheese which I didn?t eat. I appreciate the ability to order a healthier meal with a quick turnaround time, and Firehouse never disappoints. The staff at... the Goodlettsville location have always been courteous, and go above and beyond to provide quality service. Their consistencyto provide my order quickly and correctly will be why I always stop here vs the usual fast food options in the area when I am ina hurry. Thanks for everything! Read more
We love, love, love the subs at Firehouse! Quick, courteous service and fresh subs. The only complaint is there isn't enough... seating for their lunch/dinner crowds. Most tables are for 2, so many folks move the tables to accommodate their families. Read more
Service has gone downhill at this location since COVID-19. Nobody greets you when you walk in anymore, and there are only 6... tables with chairs inside. There is an additional table outside, but that's weather dependent. The people working with long hairdon't put it up properly and I have found hair in my food. It's been 2 years since COVID. It's time to put the places to sitback down and put the hot sauce back out. At least train your staff to be friendly again. Read more
