I was at this location at 6pm on a Saturday and shortly learned why the line was so short. I got my order and the fries were so... old they were absolutely not edible so i asked for fresh fries. Who im assuming was the manager took my old fries, threw them inthe fryer, then served them back to me and thought I wasn't gonna notice because she told me to pull forward. I might as welleat potato chips they were so hard. Good thing they gave us 3 packs of ketchup for 2 orders of horribly dry fries. Read more
Literally wasted 25 minutes in the drive thru waiting for food that I was told was coming. Finally got tired of waiting because... by this time my break was over, and finally went inside to see what was taking so long. The employees just had my meal sittingon the counter getting cold.. one of the rude workers very nonchalantly said "oh yea, I forgot about that." . So my whole lunchbreak was ruined because these workers very clearly don't want to be here. They weren't even busy.. just 2 cars in the line andI was one of them. Just unacceptable. Read more
Placed an order with two coupons for ham sandwich and chicken tenders. Was told to pull up because they had to drop and cook the... chicken. About fifteen plus minutes later worker came out said person in back had not dropped the chicken. Was asked if I wantedextra fries or a pie for my wait. Asked for a pie. X amount of minutes later was backing up to the window to see if I couldfinally get my food when the person came out to hand it to me and there was no pie and fries instead. All told I spent probablya half an hour and although an apology was given the person that finally brought me my food was laughing. I've been going tothis location for over a decade. Came through today. Staff was rude, closed out order before I was done. The food I got was NASTY. If I wasn't shaky hungry and... on a time crunch I'd have taken this mess back and demanded a full refund. I love Hardee's. This one is junk. Receipt forverification purposes only. Read more
Food was good. I asked to add bacon on my burger, manager stated "people are going to have to start paying for bacon"..I was... prepared to do so, didn't know I was not getting charged for it.
