Food was fresh! Drive thru was a little slow, but everything else was good.
Nasty nasty, I normally don't eat from KFC except the potato bowls are good and the chicken lil. Because the ads said it was... something new I decided to try the chicken and mac bowl ????????????????. Don't do it to yourself. I like spicy food so I wentwith the spicy one and got a bowl of grease. When I took it back they looked at me like I was crazy and told me it was "juice"from the spicy sauce(see pic). I said NO its grease that separated from that Nashville hot sauce they have there. Even thoughthat was gross I still Decided to try the classic yuck! So, it's been twice now and apparently they can't count. I order a 12 piece dark meat only and get 8 pieces. This time I had... them check at the window and they said.."yeah, it's a 12 piece "...right. I call them from home and I get blown off. They donot want to talk to me. Never again will I go there. Ordered online on app. Arrived at store, doors were locked on both sides even though there is a sign for pickup to go inside at... the counter for pick up mobile orders. Went thru drive thru and told em I had mobile order, I proceeded to window, picked uporder. I got home and fries and sandwich were old, plus the sandwich was supposed to be original. You really get a down home feeling after walking in and being received by the manager and staff. The only Con is being from... Texas when chicken is eaten usually hot sauce, pepper, or something spicy is added and here they didn't sale it. Read more
Well firstly, I was greeted at the drive thru, I asked for a moment which wasn't a problem for anyone. It was only 830 and the... hours state they close at 9. I started ordering my food But by the time I was half way finished ordering, I was being rushedover and over again. I then asked again for a second and he smarted off saying "oh take your time, I'll be here all night".Pulling up to the window and the drive thru window was opened already and you could hear the same kid going on and on about howhe was supposed to be gone by 330. I then proceeded to wait for him for a moment and was being handed my drinks and I was tryingto hand him my card. He then ran my card returned it and offered no receipt. He Told me to pull forward to wait for my food atthe door. There were no cars behind me so I believed cause it was a big order it wasn't a problem. I pulled forward them decidedto go in and ask for honey for my food and order some cookies. The kind young lady that game me my cookies offered me a receiptwhich I kindly declined but asked for my receipt for my big order that I ran my card for. She quickly went through a stack ofreceipts that were in the lobby at the cash register said she couldn't find anything and asked if I'd like her to go to the backand pull it from the system. She returned quickly and handed me the correct one. So I stood there and waited for another tenminutes or so while they prepared my order. Finally receiving my food, I checked to make sure the entire order was complete andin my bag, which it was. But when I get home they had used soda lids for every side I had and the lid and bottom of one of thesides were wrecked and deteriorating into the potatoes. Little pieces of plastic from the lid had gotten all over my potatoes.All the food excluding the chicken was okay and barely warm. My 8 piece Chicken bucket was just fine. Should have known it was going to be awful, they were yelling at a car in front of me for them get the order wrong (literally... yelling) and the guy trying to get his money back, then I pull up to the window, they are still calling him names and stuff,these women couldn?t get more ghetto, I get my food and I pull into the parking lot to eat and my food is of course wrong aswell and completely destroyed like someone mushed it together torn everything apart and missing stuff, pull back around and theyhad the worst attitude I?ve ever seen and couldn?t have acted more ghetto, telling me they weren?t going to remake it and I?dhave to deal with it and finally after ten minutes of arguing I get my food, they throw it all in the bag in front of me, tossit to me through the window and said ?see you later white boy?, this is very sad, I will never come back here and I?m done withKFC, they deserve the 8 dollars an hour they make Read more
