Please note, my rating should NOT reflect the staff! We waited about an hour to get our food because, apparently, this location... is having a hard time hiring or keeping personnel. The man who was working did a decent job, I guess. From what I can tell, hewas running the place by himself so kudos to him. Read more

It's Krystal, you already know what to expect otherwise you wouldn't go there. Great greasy little hamburgers that taste... amazing, this location has a staffing shortage, so plan accordingly. It took me a little over 30 minutes to get half a dozenKrystals, but it was worth it. Read more

Good luck trying to eat here. I have stopped by several times recently and have yet to even order. They are either closed, their... system is down, or they say it will be over 20 minutes for my order. I understand being short staffed. This seems to go begoing beyond that. Read more

I went to Krystals on 9/13 and was able to order a 6 piece wings and the lady made it into a combo with a med fry and drink with... no issues. My husband went back today on 9/14 to the same Krystals and asked for the 6 piece wings and was told they only have12. Interesting that the lady yesterday was able to ring up 6. Please get everyone on the same page. Adding the receipt fromyesterday showing that it can be done. Get all the employees on the same page Read more

The people in there are particularly amazing, even with how stressed I'm sure they are with the amount of business they receive... they were among the most friendly people I've ever experienced in any sort of customer service. Huge shout out to Cynthia andArthur, absolutely incredible. A lot of the negative reviews are because people are impatient. I would like to see some of themhandle this establishment with such amazing service under that pressure. The service isn't the fastest but they're so busy inthere you have to offer some compassion because they're going as fast as they can with what they've got. I work customer serviceas well and even on my best days I am not as lovely as Cynthia was during the lunch rush madness, I really would love to seeCynthia and Arthur recognized, absolute gems. Whoever the manager is here during the day should be doing more. The line is backed up in the drive thru and inside and there... are barely any employees working. Meanwhile the manager is sitting in her car scrolling on her phone. These employees deservebetter leadership. Read more

This is probably the worst Krystal?s location I?ve ever encountered. I tried to order a meal, and I waited at intercom for about... 10 minutes. I wasn?t greeted or anything. The associate said, ?we can?t take orders right now.? I was like what. They took 3orders before me. This was at 7:00 pm. I asked were they close or what was going on and no reply. The service here is alwaysterrible. If you do get service it will take awhile to get your order placed and picked up. Read more

If there was an option for ZERO stars, that's what I would put! The line was wrapped around the building with cars and the no... one was taking orders on the intercom nor was there a sign posted to drive to the window. After waiting for a few minutes at theintercom, I drove around and no one was in line. Get to the window and the lady says that she didn't know anyone was waitingbecause she went to the bathroom and muted her phone and never turned it back on. I told her it was a line behind me waiting.She took my order and STILL DID NOT TURN HER HEADSET ON! The car behind me finally pulled around. While they were so calledfixing my food, the cook and other staff are inside walking around talking and playing. She comes to the window to tell me thatit'll be a second because the cook can't find his phone and he's looking for it. I SAID SERIOUSLY???? THIS WAS SO UNACCEPTABLE!IF I HADN'T HAD ALREADY PAID I WOULD'VE LEFT! Read more
